The Legend of Zelda Workout 🏋 - Nerdfitness.com - Weight Loss Vlog - Elanor's Journey #27

In this weeks weight loss Vlog I'm really happy I found time to work out and do body weight exercises after the Nerdfitness-Article which was inspired by the Video game the Legend of Zelda, where you work yourself through several levels and bosses. I really encourage you to check this out and give it a try!

On the nutrition side I reduced liquid calories, cut out grains for breakfast and completed 30 days of tracking my food! YAY 🤗

Do you have to work out daily?

My Short list of an Update:

Question of the week: Do you also work out daily and just rotate the type of exercise or do you rest completely and then push with more intensity the other days?
My weekly weight loss journey's update: 2 weeks challenge is over - drinking water is becoming natural to me - mealplanning is still a struggle but it keeps getting better and I will find ways to improve.
Biking is great - much improvement - workouts done - did workouts daily this week!

Last weeks question:
Laptop really put stress out of my life and I feel much more productive and less stressed.

Next weeks new habit:
- working out everyday with strenght training every 2nd day.

Leveling up my workout


I'm preparing for a trip to Germany at the moment, but I also found my motivation again to work out. Maybe I'll even find a way to work out while I'm on the road - I'll update of course here ;-)

In lack of a gym nearby I do some bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, planks etc. Of course, I reduce the movements so I can do them in good form. If somebody is ready that has no idea what this might look like, here are some examples:

Instead of push ups on the floor I do wall push ups (yes, just standing in front of a wall).
Instead of lunges I do split squats:
After doing 4 times the "level 1" workout, I now switch to "level 2", adding some more repetitions and I'm really looking forward to it. So, before lunch, I'll head over to it - I hope to do a more detailed update of my fitness challenge.

Workout done!!! - Looking for a reward!

Yeah - I've been rocking my first workout! My body just feels awesome!!!
I love this meme I just found because I also destroyed myself: my ego! It's always talking me into staying in my comfort zone but I feel so good when just moving at least a little.

But one thing I'm still lacking: my reward for the completion of the challenge - any ideas someone?

I think I won't write more today - just enjoy the feeling of a great day!
