In this weeks weight loss Vlog I'm really happy I found time to work out and do body weight exercises after the Nerdfitness-Article which was inspired by the Video game the Legend of Zelda, where you work yourself through several levels and bosses. I really encourage you to check this out and give it a try!
On the nutrition side I reduced liquid calories, cut out grains for breakfast and completed 30 days of tracking my food! YAY ๐ค
