Stepping on the scale today I'm overwhelmed with my weight loss progress. This weight loss journey really starts to be real. I never ever expectec loosing more than half a kg per week - even less.
But doing my monthly weigh in at the end of June after all the stress I had: the result was pretty positive and shows and motivates me to keep doing what I'm doing.
Tracking my food, reducing liquid calories, no grains for breakfast and all the work on my mindset have absolutely paid off for once.
